An interesting reflection after over 35 years in the industrial selling and leasing business
A high clearance warehouse was 6 metres. 3 pallet high stacking was the norm. Sawtooth frames were fine. Asbestos was about the only contamination discussed. We measured up clients buildings by tape measure and then drew up a floor plan. We prepared and lodged 2 page usage DA’s for prospective tenants. Emails did not exist. [...]
