2016 has been an incredible year for Link, with increased revenue and profitability. Our business has continued to grow, we have employed additional staff and expanded our Property Management business within the marketplace.
The market over the last 12 months has changed. Warehouse footprints have continued to increase in floor area, the Sydney industrial market has expanded geographically, and our customers and clients are needing more extensive resources with which to make informed property decisions.
Link has responded throughout 2016 by employing industrial property experts who specialise in Sydney’s growth markets. We have invested heavily in staff training and development as well as our business systems. We know our clients and customers demand responsiveness and high service levels, so Link are ensuring we deliver a commitment to excellence whilst maintaining high levels of integrity.
Link has further met the changing needs of our marketplace by re-branding in 2016, with a new user friendly and super informative website. We have further developed a strong digital and social media platform, that allows our market place to easily connect with us for the latest news, trends and opinion pieces.
